With regard to your question of the relationship between RVX and Zenith Epigenetics Ltd I will do my best to get this correct.

Zenith Epigenetics Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zenith Capital Corp. Zenith Epigenetics Corp was spun out of Resverlogix in May? of 2013 and has since changed its name to Zenith Capital Corp. Zenith Capital Corp as far as I know has 3 main assets, 1) Zenith Epigenetics Ltd, the operating entity 2) They own the Royalty Preferred Shares issued by Resverlogix, that owns the royalties between 6% and 12% of the sales of apabetalone and other molecules and 3) an Intellectual Property Library of between 1500 and 2500 molecules.

In short Zenith Epigenetics Ltd was spun out of Resverlogix in 2013. They seem to be more focused on oncology targets with their epigenetic portfolio but you can't put that in concrete either as we just don't know the extent of what their molecules will do at this time.

Zenith Epigenetics Ltd is currently involved in 2 oncology human trials with the molecule ZEN3694. One is a mCRPC trial (prostrate cancer), that is just in the wrap up stages and the other a breast cancer trial that has recently started dosing patients. I have to mention that both of these trials are in combination with drugs owned or co-owned by Pfizer(PFE).

Zenith Epigenetics has its own Hub on Agoracom.com. In the search box in the upper right side of any page you bring up just type in Zenith, wait for a second or two and then click on Zenith Epigenetics and then go and it will take you to that board. We try to stick to RVX on this board however there is a little overlap from time to time.
