I knew there was a time limit on holding AGM's but clearly assumed they still had some leeway.  By delaying it would have saved them having to act stoic and wooden at the AGM to avoid people reading what might be behind their demeanor.  Now instead of being able to act happy that they met the primary endpoint they are forced into some kind of robotic role play.  Should be interesting to watch purely from an entertainment perspective.
