I am sure many here have over killed this by trying to read between the lines & come up with a reasonable positively directed point of view. The positivity is inherent in the fact that most if not all of us who are posting here have been holding or have even added! 

I continue to think about the poative aspects of what has occurred so far, except for a nagging question. 

I keep wondering why a company with an apparently totally game changing, soon to reveled successful, product at hand has agreed to put up its valuable IP as collateral for a last minute loan? 

One could argue on the basis of the company’s confidence on the data in its totality, But the question of putting up the  IP as collateral keep lingering!
