When I listened to the CC I quickly formed the impression that Don sounded as though he was reading from a prepared text, I do not believe he was speaking off the cuff.  If my assumption is corect I would further assume that those words were poured over and carefully considered....probably even vetted by legal in my opinion.  

GAC - you are correct in your assumption because if you listen closely to the webcast at one point you can hear DM turning a page.  This was most definately scripted, which given the nature of the event was the right thing to do.

i too agree your theory has merit but then I also agree with pretty much all the opinions that have been expressed in these more recent posts.  It’s good that we continue to be hopeful and I too find solace in any scenario that suggests this can still work out ok.  But some of Jermaine’s comments, while sobering, are equally valid and expressed by someone who clearly has both feet planted firmly on the ground.  Like Jermaine I’m all in with what I had before the announcement (I’ve got enough wet powder risk in this thing thank you very much) and I’ll wait and see what comes out of the AHA on the 16th of November.
