The cash I listed was unencumbered. On July 31 was $7.356mm and then rose to $11.106mm with the EC money and if the burn was $3.35mm in August would take it down to $7.756mm and the $3mm payment to Third Eye took it down to $4.756mm in Sept. It would have been getting close in late Sept. but they probably held up on payables paying until late Sept. but would have had almost $2mm to play with throughout Sept. It wasn't like the $3mm had to be set aside, they just always had to have $3mm in the account so there was nothing to come free. The Sept. burn would have used it at the end of Sept. I don't think I missed anything substantial but stand corrected if someone finds something.
