KK2 - We were remined Monday morning that the retail investors are only along for the ride that the big 10 shareholders will allow us to be on. You can vote your proxy however you like and it really wont make a difference. The required notice of meeting and proxies had to be sent out prior to the Ori Star deal being closed so nothing was required at the time these mailings had to be sent. I have experienced at least 20 situations over my investing years where one director has stepped aside so that another may take their place, All of those situations were as a result of money issues. I'm not saying that will happen but there are plenty of situations where it has...if required.

Hopefully we have an offer to be bought out in the next 10 weeks and we wont ever have to even think about any additional directors.
