Does anyone know if we voted to fix the number of directors at six in prior years at the AGM?

We will be voting for or against this year to set the number at 6.

If we vote for it, no new nominations will be allowed. There would need to be a resignation to enable ORI to nominate a director to the Company's board of directors, as I understand it.
