Recall that RVX had not changed a single thing in their presentation for months. So I am absolutely sure that it was done after 4pm EST Friday (close of trading).
They probably had the slides ready to change for some time now...so your point about time stamping remains valid..they may designed the change months back for all we know. Or...it could be done AFTER RVX were told the Phase 3 results.
