You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
In my opinion the company knows the results and is preparing to resolve the loan first and then provide the topline...although they could be done together. The other cases I know about were all acquisitions, 3 of which followed successful P3 trials.
