Like everyone here it seems I've basically forgotten about the loan, its still there of course....but it strikes me that everyone considers it pretty much a non-issue, and I agree with that sentiment.

But I can't help wondering where Resverlogix would be trading right now if there wasn't still an oustanding balance on the loan.  Would we have a Mcap of $1 billion CAD, $1.5 billion?  In and around our current $580 billion CAD?  No way to know of course, but I can't imagine it would be any lower than what it is now with the finish line being so close.

I remember when news of the loan first came out....descriptions of Third Eye as being somewhat mercernay and a lender of last resort so to speak.  The reality of course has been far different....we've now had three extensions and the waiving of covenants.  Of course Third Eye is simply the agent for a syndicate of lenders....we have no idea who the actual lenders are, it could be anyone I assume.

$11.5 million USD seems such a piddly amount when compared to the potential value Apabetalone could be assigned with a successful trial.  But I suspect it is weighing down the PPS at least to some degree.  The question is how much.
