After that spin off, the share price was (as I recall) somewhat stable in some ways but generally seemed to be retreating a bit. Ah good times in Q2 2013. The record date for ownership of Resverlogix (to be eligible for Zenith/Newco shares) was April 25, 2013. Shareholders voted and approved the arrangement on May 28, 2013 and Zenith commenced operations on June 3, 2013. Resverlogix shares had a price drop sometime after April 25 that reflected the apparent valuation of the assets/platform/intellectual property transferred to Zenith. But I think this price drop was well before ASSURE top-line (June 27, 2013). This not from memory...I had to look it up.
