According to financial statements at April 30/19, there were 33,695,486 liability classified warrants outstanding; 1,623,466 stock options and 2,409,547 Restricted Stock Units. Since then, KD has exercised 5 million warrants. On June 7th, 4,092,789 combined offering and broker warrants were issued. There have been small exercises, etc. also but this will get you in the ball park.
