This news EXCITES me ... both as a bullish sign, and for confidence that they expect to deliver TLD by Sep 16.

When you sit down to discuss this loan and maturity/repayment with Third Eye, these are serious discussions which you don't want to have over and over, or to set dates which confuse investors and the public in general. Btw, IMHO is does NOT mean the loan will actually get repaid by then lol. Depending on TLD results, any number of new modifications or new deals, or timing, could arise. People that get upset over changes and modifications, just aren't appreciating the dynamic nature of a situation like this, and partnership, leverage, opportunity, and negotioation. Not meant as a slam to anyone, just the fluidity and dynamics of business, in a VERY unique and somewhat discreet project/opportunity.

This announcement gave a sudden "rush" of adrenaline to combat my "investor fatigue" ... felt giddy for a minute!

This seems very positive to me, and I feel strongly that TLD timing is coming into focus, with more confidence. I feel relatively confident that this date has meaning.
