My earlier post and paladin's excellent epistle I think explains their lack of foresight in providing the market with accurate timelines....frankly I don't think they really care whether they communicate projected dates with any degree of certitude.  

Remember back...I think it was 2017 in San Diego at one of those BIO presentations, the slide with financial data was rife with mistakes, wrong debt level, market cap and a couple other points.  I talked to Don about that on the phone once...his attitude to me came across as basically "meh, so what".  

There are no reports of insider selling, or of any dumping by those holding 5%+......whenever they give timelines its always forward looking and thus safe harbour protected, so if they miss...oh well, it wasn't a material statement of fact in any case.
