Assuming topline is positive (any degree of positive) I would expect that the likelihood of discussions with BP to be very high. As for a public announcement, I don't think there would be any news unless or until there was something tangible. I don't think we'd be seeing a PR or any type of announcement saying Resverlogix is in discussion with 'insert BP name'.
