I totally get that, and I finally started engaging in that activity myself....selling some of my shares and replacing them with an even greater number of warrants. And others have mentioned doing the same...over 1 million warrants have been bought since they started trading, this is now the 12 day they've been on the market. No doubt a lot of the money that was used to buy the WT.A warrants came from selling shares....so you have predominant selling on the share side and predominant buying on the warrant side, explaining why RVX has traded down while RVX.WT.A has moved higher...
Check.....
Its a bit of an enigma wrapped in a riddle, but the question is....at what point does it end? At most there are 5 million $4.60 warrants outstanding. I'm looking at L-II and as I write this I'm seeing 3,000 WT.A available on the ask at $1.25 and then next up is 3,000 more at $1.34....and after that there's nothing showing. If those go, then what? Will more be put on the ask? Apparenly there were already 90 odd thousand short for trades settled up to June 15th...can that number go higher?
How high do the warrants have to climb before investors willing to risk money on Resverlogix decide that shares are the better option. Or that selling shares to buy warrants is no longer the smart play?
Lots of questions....no answers....I think higher is coming for both, but I just wonder how long this current situation can continue. If RVX.TO does get back up to ~$3 will that lead to a spate of selling with the intention of flipping the shares for warrants, thus sending the PPS back down again?
