tada please read the prospectus under plan of distribution. The $1Mil non brokered units nets RVX an additional $4Mil. So the3.8 mil units + 1Mil + 224K, rounds of to 5 Mil.
This is how I believe the brokerage houses come up with outstanding number of 5.0 M.
