For seat of the pants patient years I have been using the RVX company estimate of mean dosing of 26 months (from the Nov 2018 AHA poster). For easy math 26 months x 2400 patients / 12 months per year equals about 5200 patient years of data. If you knock 25% off (BDAZ, why do you think dropouts etc could reduce the amount of data generated by the trial by 25%, that seems very high?) it leaves 3900 patient years of data. My guess is the range may be higher as from memory it seems the trial went on longer than what the company was anticipating around Nov 2018 and the trial was supposedly generating about 200 patient years per month of data at that point.
