Message: Today's wrap...my view

At 8:30am Toronto time Globe Newswire put out a poorly composed news release all jumbled together. At 9:13am the jumbling of the news release was unjumbled and rereleased. A little confusing but undecipherable for anyone who follows this story with any diligence. Keep in mind at this point that late in the year is any time after the 30th of June which is now just a couple of weeks away.

All patients in this BoM trial are now finished their last study visit on treatment.

At this point there are no more patients left on the drug. All of these last study visits have been completed in less than 2 months. I think BDAZ said 55 days?

Final follow-up safety visits are progressing. These follow-up safety visits are less involved than the last study visits and can be done via a phone as was stated in the news release. Since it has been 55 days from the time the last study visits began its probably a pretty good bet that a lot of Final Follow-up Safety Visits are now completed.

These final follow-up visits are expected to take 3 to 4 weeks "after the last study visit for each patient". Since these final visits started some 25 days ago and are much less involved that the "last study visits" I would guess that most every patient that is 30 days past their "last study visit" has already completed their Final follow-up visit"

In parallel to these visits adjudication of events are ongoing. We already know from previous comments from management that adjudication can be sped up by paying an additional fee.

All patients who dropped out of the trial will be contacted for follow-up visits. The only question hear is are these patients visits going to be in person or by phone? As this is a follow-up visit we already know that it is less involved than a "last study visit" so it can be done very efficiently.

DBL - Database Lock will happen some time after the final, Final follow-up visit which is expected by 04 July which happens to be Independence Day, a fitting day for DBL to occur.

About 2 weeks after DBL occurs "primary endpoint and additional secondary and exploratory end points are expected to be announced."

That looked as clear as a bell to me when I read sumpups first post this morning. It looks like this trial wrap up seems to be going smoothly so far and would even go as far as to say seems to be ahead of schedule.

My guess for Top Line at this point would be between 18 July and 25 July however the way things are progressing it woul not surprise me to see it come out prior to 18 July.

Todays big volume. I understand that yesterday was when all funds had to be in place to pay for the PO units. Some brokerages allow margine on shares over $3.00 per share. Those living on the edge and leveraged themselves on this share price so close to a margin call position may have experienced some discomfort this afternoon. Okay really they got something caught in the door and it could be stinging about now. This is a temporary situation and will correct itself in short order. This may have provided those that went short on the announcement of the financing to cover themselves off. The numbers are very close at an increase of 600k short within 2 days of the financing announcement and 585k shares trading today.

What I really liked to see was 60k bid on RVX.WT.A versus 5k on the ask. That just summed up the day.

What a great day to be alive, and I got a birdie to boot.

All holding and " " are mine.

All IMO, dyodd

tada
