No issue at CIBC. I left BMO because of similar issues.  Couldn't get the same answer twice, couldn't get call backs in a timely manner and hard to get a resolution.  Once they sent a signed share certificate through regular mail in spite of my requesting it go in the overnight bag.  Took them 10 days to locate it and they tried to blame me for the way it was  sent.
