Pfizer has potentially promising real world data (not clinical trial) for the TNFalpha inhibitor Enbrel to treat Alzheimer's. But they never published or pursued it in a clinical trial. See this Endpoints article.

FYI Humira is also TNFalpha inhibitor. Also, FYI apabetalone has a robust effect on suppressing TNFalpha pathways (see EAS and Vascular Discovery posters). A great set up and opportunity for apabetalone in cognitive disease including Alzheimer's.
