Given that this offering doesn't appear that it will raise sufficient funds to retire the Third Eye loan...and that the proceeds are only expected to be sufficient to see the company through to the end of July (if I'm reading things right).....

It seems to me that any thoughts of a Nasdaq listing, at least in my mind....that its pretty unlikely at this stage.  There seems to be a fair degree of wiggle room with the listing requirements....but I doubt its sufficient to get approval for a company with only a couple months worth of capital left....

I would assume the Amex listing rules are less stringent....but for me I was thinking Nasdaq or nothing, and I continue to think that.
