I would have to say that the orders to BB had to be in by May 30, 2019.
By my crystal ball, they must have secured the $13 Mil minimum already. The $13 Mil number is a bit of an odd number don't you think. That is, why not $15 Mil. They are hoping when everything is said and done, it will build up towards the maximum of $20 Mil.
