Was this from BB or the company?

I'm not concerned about the offering...but I am anxious for the details.  Like a kid waiting for his birthday, you know its coming....the question is what presents will be unwrapped.  

Resverlogix being Resverlogix I'm not surprised we haven't had news yet....it was "expected" to close or or about May 30th of course, so if we do get news this week at most it would be 6 trading days past the "on or about" date....

The 2-4 month window for top-line puts the goal posts at June 18th to Aug 18th....so if a US listing (if its gonna happen please let it be Nasdaq and not Amex)....if an application is going to be made there's still lots of time to get it done before the Aug 18 window....and I'm assuming that it'll take that long or a little longer based on the company's history of meeting expectations.
