hummmmm,,,,,,,my take is that the PP that may be offered to our Southern cousins is to top off any short fall if North of the boarder subscribers come up short,,,,,,or possibly a kown entity has been courting us for a substantial position and RVX is extending an olive branch,,,we are most likely deadlocked at the $4 mark until some sort of news breaks such as a milestone has been reached,,,,,best suggestion for the time being,,,roll a fat one and reeellllaaaxxx....!!!!,,,,,jmo
