I don't know why the PM feature is giving you grief. For this and other technical issues, there are 3 ways to contact the Agoracom admins to get answers and try to resolve.

1) When you choose "New Message," toggle the "Question for AGORACOM" button instead of the default "Message" button, and submit your inquiry.

2) On the "ABOUT US" https://agoracom.com/about-and-contact page, you can submit an inquiry and can choose either "General Inquiries" or "Bug or Error Report."

3) You can email your inquiry to Agoracom admin at: administrator@agoracom.com
