2) Don't bend your brain to hard on the warrant pricing until a week or so after the financing closes. There are a lot of different strategies in play right now so logic may be a little hard to determine with regard to the warrant pricing. If you recall the last PO that had warrants attached it took close to 3 months before reason step in on the warrant pricing. Of course this PO in very different as these warrants will not be tradable. In order to sell these warrant shares you will have to exercise the warrants first and then sell the warrant shares.
