This is the first time this Hedge Knight Capital report has been posted or discussed on Agoracom or any of the other bulletin boards to my knowledge. If I had to guess, I think this is the research report that PomponiusCapital was working on. There are some interesting hypotheses in there about how apabetalone may be working. But the report contains a lot of verbose generalizations, oversimplifications, misrepresentations, and incorrect statements, in my opinion. So I suggest folks read this with a grain of salt. The attack on the role of LDL-C in cardiovascular disease was also surprising and unjustified. I'd be interested to hear some of our other science/medical posters opinions on the content of this report.
