We are fortunate to have more than one physician on Agoracom. Bfw is a physician I believe, and has been a regular participant here and contributing high quality posts for almost 4 years. Bfw is our on call guy, in my opinion, due to this seniority and reputation. We still appreciate newbie Fenix' contributions though.
