chicagoest - There are certainly some questions but there are a couple of things you are assuming that may not be correct.
Kelsee left the board around the 20th of March, a month before 250 events were attained not a month after. His words to me were that he no longer wanted to put the time into being the hub leader. He had been doing a great job for 13 years and it was just time for a change, nothing more.
Thank you for your time Kelsee. I know you still monitor the board but also asked Agoracom to remove you and your posts to allow you to move on to bigger and better things with fewer urges to respond.
Are we assuming that those presentations will never again be posted. They may end up showing up again in a different format in a few days or weeks. The presentations are likely still available on the various conference websites. I have not checked this idea out but maybe someone could.
The proposed financing on 14 May, while the shares were trading at multi year highs and Trump doing his best to tick off the Chinese IMO is just good business. Short term pain for longer term stability, I'll take it and I bought it.
Do you know that RVX needs cash or is that an assumption? I remember hearing that DM said he would raise funds at multi year highs in the future just because, a number of years ago. Maybe we're simply seeing the actions of something that has been thought of for a long time. The last financing was for $15.1 million and it closed just over a month ago. There were 2 or 3 financings that closed between this last one and the Third Eye loan as well. The financing that was pulled was done so because the dilution to the shareholders would have be to much. The Third Eye loan has allowed management to finance at much better pricing than the $1.80 less costs that was contemplated last year. This was all done to give you and I as shareholders less dilution. I believe that to be good, not bad.
Stock prices generally fall when there is a financing. More often than not the share prices bounce back after the financing closes. We will see what happens this time.
I don't believe we are being set up for a fall, just seeing some prudent financial moves being implemented with some really bad timing on rejigging the website.
Just a couple of more months before results come out. Hang in there boys and girls.
All IMO, dyodd
