I'm just putting this out there....more and more I'm thinking that this share offering, that its possible that Resverlogix was inviting a short attack by appearing weak, seeking financing through a marketed offering, which suggests they were unable to get a bought deal placement done....I can see how this might seem weak by the market, and how it could lead to a bear attack.

I do think that is what happened last year....very similar to now, except last year I don't believe they ever priced their proposed offering.  This offering, pricing it at $4 along with a full warrant when the PPS had been in and around $4.50 just prior, and close to $5 just a week or so earlier.....it looks very weak imo.

But I'm wondering now if maybe there is something else they could do that would invite even more short interest.....and the thought of a reverse split comes to mind.  Share consolidations are often viewed negatively by the market.  And as everyone knows the company is authorized to do up to a 1 for 10 reverse.

I'm not saying this share offering will or will not go through....nor that a reverse split will or will not be announced....I'm just offering up possibilities.  If a reverse split were to be announced I'm thinking it could lead to another bear attack....like the one that  happened last year after April's proposed offering, and as I suspect has happened after this latest offering.  

I've already added 3.5K shares the last three days in three separate buys....and I have the capacity to buy more, but I think I'll wait until the short number is updated now and to see whether or not another shoe might drop.

Who knows...if they were to announce a consolidation and shorts did attack (again?) $3.50 or thereabouts might be be inflated as compared to what they'd be at after a bear raid that could end up being possibly a massive bear trap.
