Bottom line is this "proposed" offering is not a done deal yet....
In one respect history is repeating itself....last year in April there was much consertation expressed on this board about THAT proposed offering....look back. What are the terms, why now, fears of dilution etc etc.
We all know that offering was later withdrawn....and who knows, this one might be as well.
