If I ever register a domain again to start an opinion based stock site...I think I'll go with the name Mushroom Factory...so many questions, so few details. 

If the outstanding balance on the loan is indeed $14+ million as posted by JJ, then it might be logical to assume they don't even need to do a raise at this point ahead of top-line.
