Let the countdown begin!  By my calculations, if we use the extension of the Third Eye loan to August 4th, there are 63 (or hopefully much less) trading sessions remaining!  Judging by the way the stock is behaving, next to nobody is interested in selling.  Indeed, as I type this a 30k buy order just went through for a gain on the day of 7 cents on the TSX.

Given all we know, I'll speculate we have a bit more upside between now and then.
