The term was 12 months....I'm going to use that incredibly dangerous word again.  I'm "assuming" we'll have to be seeing news of some sort on or before that date, next Tuesday in other words.  

To my mind paying the loan off, or negotiating an extension...or whatever, it has to be material in nature.  And based on the trading and the chart I'm further assuming that we have nothing to worry about, its just a matter in my mind of waiting on details that I view as being material.
