Growacet, why would anyone convert warrants so RVX can raise capital at this point? Why take any financial risk when you can wait and if results are good, convert with no risk and if bad, have no loss other than opportunity cost?
Some posts recently have said why worry about the SP, it will not matter in the end. While I am in the camp the sp is not a predictive indicator in any way of the final results and I doubt very much there will be any leaks of data, I do care about the stock price because once burned twice shy.
In 2010 I went all in and watched my paper profits vanish and also some initial capital. This time, I know I have two to four months to cash out some of my unrealized gains and intend to at least take back some capital if not all.
I am hoping RVX gets lucky and some idiot in the press actually takes notice and writes up RVX (does it bug anyone when you read the Post & Globe they write about the same 25 companies all the time – you would think they would have a mandate to profile small Cdn companies that are successful or may have a disruptive drug or technology) or RVX announces that 3rd Eye did not ask for repayment and took additional warrants as a show of confidence, or some other positive announcement like licensing occurs or the price just rises as the goalposts get closer.
In any event, once burned twice shy, so while I will have lots of chips on the table, I intend to take some off and if we get good results, I can live with some foregone profits.
