Yes of course you are right.  I should have added that "only".  And yes, there is potential for additional market moving data.

However, I feel that nothing significant will happen until top line data comes out.  It seems to me that given the 90% fall in the share price after the Phase 2 trial, the market is in a show me mood.  It does not matter what the Phase 2 data showed: eGFR, Alkaline Phosphatase, LDL, HDL...the market considers them all suspect...that is my read.

So the only way this share price is going sky high, is if the Phase 3 data shows what we believe it will.  Till then, it is nothing but some range trading exercise.
