I've said my piece on this, my conclusion coincides with the company's retained Zack analyst John Vandermosten, that the company is anticipating the final events to take place in April 2019.  We shall see if what they anticipate comes to fruition or not, nothing now to do but wait.

Switching to the ROFR with Hepalink USA....we are now past the April 15th expiration date for that agreement.  Given that there has been no news on this front I am assuming that the deal expiring is different and distinct from termination.  Had the deal been terminated the $8 million would have been refundable, in whole or in part.  At least that's my read of the PR.

Assuming this to be the case I have to wonder about how HL's American subsiduary feels about having paid $8 million for something that is now, it would appear, worthless.
