one question re the current situation.  What exactly do they ask patients during the Last Study Visit?  

And for the patients who have dropped out for whatever reason, they will also be contacted.  What will these patients be asked?

Finally, if they are going to do this for 2,425 patients, that sounds like a tall order to me.  Just contacting each of these, following up on each patient details...means a huge number of ticking boxes.  I can't see them finish all this in 2 months time for Data lock to happen.  It seems more like a 4 month exercise to me.
