I'm still as irritated as ever by Resverlogix's corporate communications.  I just sent an email:

Hi Paul and/or Sarah,

 

Just a quick question....during the past 3 or so months has the company's cash position ever fallen below the required $5 million required by the Third Eye Loan agreement as disclosed in the company's SEDAR filings?
