I just hope and pray that DM isn't overplaying his hand.....if a BP player came along (or has) offering $2, $3, $5 billion.....it sure would be nice to know what DM's minimum price would be.

Back in the 1980s there was a big development in Pickering....condos, apartments, commercial.  Developers gobbled up a bunch of land, but one guy with a substantial property, about 4 acres right in the middle of the proposed development, word was that he was insisting on $1 million for the land with the developer unwilling to go higher than 750K.  Eventually the development started, and there was this old run down house on a decent sized property in the middle of a big residential/commercial area.  

Word was the guy eventually got his million, but he had to wait about 5 years....there's a retirement style condo on it now.
