Nice work Growacet. My only comment is that you still seem to single out complement without highlighting the many other documented pathways. I still suggest you indicate that apabetalone has documented effects on vascular inflammation, vascular calcification, apo-AI/HDL/reverse cholesterol transport, glucose metabolism, and coagulation (in addition to complement) that could affect neurodegenerative diseases as well as cardiovascular and renal. For the complement pathway, you could highlight this 2017 paper on apabetalone and complement.
