RVXoldtimer - You were doing good up to the Medison deal. If you do your research about Medison, their roll in Israel and the size of that market in relationship to the size of the world market you may not be as harsh on management as you appear to be.

The 3rd Eye deal so far has reduced dilution by close to 2/3's from where it otherwise may have been. That seems like a pretty responsible path for management to have taken. Maybe the available equity financing at the time wasn't the best route.
