RVXoldtimer - You are so correct, this is all conjecture, just our dreaming. In the end I don't believe HL will be able to influence anyone...maybe. I had a thought though, what if there was another party that may be influenced by HL's ROFR? 

RVX and HL will likely be stepping aside through most of the negotiations and letting the investment bankers do what they do best anyways. A deal the size of which this could become would best be done by an experienced team that would insulate the board members on both sides from potential legal actions.

Lets just let this one play out and then wine about it after the fact.
