Message: The Time Is Ripe!

NBB and chicagoest - Having articles like this coming out now is great news for us as they can be referred to when our results do come out. When you look at the potential size of the patient population that could benefit from apabetalone including positive numbers on the secondary targets the numbers get absolutely stupidity unbelievable. Amarin's peek market cap does not even come mildly close to the potential of apabetalone. Don't get me wrong, US$30.00 per share would be wonderful but not even mildly close when you look at the numbers involved. CKD in the G8 alone is in excess of 100 million patients. Alzheimer's in the US alone is in excess of 5.6 million patients and growing at more than 20% per year with few if any effective drugs. Now add onto that the diabetic cardio patients. We still haven't heard what became of HIV yet either. If we get a Top Line announcement saying we are at or in excess of 30% RRR we could be looking at a scrabble the likes of what few have ever or will ever see in their lifetime.

You won't believe me if I put the numbers on the page for you so try this exercise on your own. 3 different annual drug costs $3,000, $4,000 and $5,000 now use many multiples of market penetration from 2% to 40%. This will give you annual sales potential. The sweat spot is likely around 15% to 20%. Be sure to use a calculator that at least goes into double digit billions, triple digit billions would be best. 1X's annual sales is not out of the question for Megablockbuster Drugs. Now divide that number by 200 million to get your share price. Cut that number in half to allow for the royalty in favour of ZCC if you like. If we pass this BoM trial our odds of having a sellable drug go up to 84%. If thoughs numbers don't make your head spin I don't know what will.

Thank you chicagoest for linking that article. We may actually have the next wave in our hands right now. Tick Tock.

All IMO, dyodd
