Taking note that he(?) has counted down 20 days of the 30 laid out as the expectation for an announcement of financing. Depending on the terms I think financing news, which would obviously be material I believe and thus would require disclosure....depending on the terms I think it could give the PPS a boost...especially if it were enough to retire the Third Eye loan.
