Tada - I agree that we don't want to over work this topic. I was just posting data released and pointing out that I feel it is no sign of confidence in BoM as there is no risk to them whether BoM succeeds or fails. They win to one degree or another either way. I am of the camp that big bonuses should be for extraordinary service or big success, not for just doing a job that you are already paid $700,000 - $1 million per year to perform. Success has not yet been achieved, it is still a dream. This would look better had it been after scoring a success.
