Obvioulsy if they opted to buy it before Top Line is announced they would get some sort of discount,... as there is a definite risk in locking up the Rights to USA before trial results are confirmed positive.

What are the chances they do it,...?

It surley would propel the share price having a $billion or 2 in the bank even before results,... it would derisk the stock completely.
