CD...these are CVR type deals correct. (roughly speaking) 

So If I understand this correctly we fall into

a) Phase III ( not for long) @ a 12.5% Royalty, or by

b) Pending approval @ 20% royalty or by

c) Down to 10% when ready to market.

So depending on when a BP happens to join the ranks this is what we can expect at deal signing, on Gross Sales, plus an upfront payment and milestones.  

Is that about right?

An outright purchase by BP works better if getting around HL does not become an issue especially for most seniors invested in RVX for many years.

There has been plenty of discussions on CVR v bulk sale in the past.
