That's not what I said.  I'm aware that you're not happy about this.  What I said was Sarah that isn't the cause of it.

You asked Sarah questions in a PM.  She responded that there is no new material news.  Nothing to report.  And then you accuse her of providing you with information that isn't public?  Really?

And you're not being treated like a mushroom. You have to do a little reading between the lines.  No material news means they are satisfactorily working through things with the lender.  The private placement and the mention of another also tells you they are addressing it.
